Life Membership

What is Life Membership, Life membership is when you have completed 35 years in the club, or have reached the age of 65 and have completed 15 years in the club, this applies only to members who were in the club as of December 31, 2011.
Effective January 1, 2012 all new members who were voted in after December 31, 2011 must have 40 continuous years in the club to become Life members. 
At that time your dues are reduced to $50.00.  (Life dues are reviewed and approved at the November General Membership Meeting each year.) If you have not reached 62 years of age then you still will have a work hour fee added to your dues slip each year if you did not volunteer 10 hours of service to the club that year. Being a Life member under 62 does not relieve you of work hours.

The key information used to compile this list is the year you were born and the year you joined the club. Without this information I can not figure out your life year. I pulled every card to verified the date you joined the club, so I feel that is correct. The birth year is not on older cards so I can not verified your birth year.

If either is wrong on this list you must contact me so that I can update my records. Otherwise I will assume the records are correct and you may miss out on being a life member when you should be.

If you become 65 and have 15 years or complete 35 years as a member in the current year, this mean you will be eligible the FOLLOWING YEAR. When the dues are mailed out you must be eligible at that time in order to be a life member for the year you are being billed for. E-mail me if you have any questions.

Life Membership is effective on Jan 1st of each year, not when they renew their membership by paying their dues. New Life members will have their new badge number on their pending due slip. And their badge moved from normal membership to Life Board on Jan 1 even if there dues are not paid. They still have the same grace period to get their fees in. All dues are due no later than Feb 1 of each year.

Attached Click HERE is a list of membership badge numbers as of May 21, 2011. This list will show you when according to my membership records you will become a life member in the club. If you are a new member your information will be updated the following Jan.
