Updating Membership Records or Help Form

Each year every member is sent at least two mailings.

1. Your Dues slip.
2. Your current years Key Card.

Without those two items you can not be a club member. Each year we get them back without new or forwarding addresses. When we do
YOU are out of luck because we can not do anything about it.

YOU must keep the Membership Secretary updated every time you move or change your phone number.

What can you do to help out the club is just fill out the attached form each time you have a change. It will only take a few moments to update your information and it could save you a lot of inconveniences.

If you go out of town during the winter or Summer fill out the form and let us know.  If you don't your dues slip will be sent to your home and then returned because our mail is marked do not forward.  You could lose your membership if dues are not paid in time.
